Meditation & Qi Gong
Every Sunday 11am at The Engine Rooms. A holistic approach to wellbeing combining the stillness and posture of meditation with the controlled movements and deep breathing techniques of Qi Gong.
Shaolin Kung Fu
Only available for Personal Training. Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu to improve your physical fitness and put your life back into balance (Yin/Yang).
Weapons & Acrobatics
Only available for Personal Training. Weapons require skill and precision for you to build on your basic Shaolin training. Within these sessions you will also be taught basic acrobatics routines which are integral to the weapons forms.
Children’s Kung Fu
Only available for Personal Training. Shaolin Kung Fu is a great way for children to improve their fitness levels through a set of exercises which works on their cardiovascular system, builds strength and improves their co-ordination.
Sanshou Chinese Boxing
Only available for Personal Training. Sanshou is a dynamic class that will teach you the basics of footwork, stances, punching combinations and techniques, It’s a great way to learn self defence and at the same time release the tensions of the day.
Modern Wushu
Only available for Personal Training. Modern Wushu is a form of dynamic, acrobatics, fluid and artistic Kung Fu.
