Shaolin Kung Fu

Shaolin Kung Fu was born in the heart of the Songshan Mountains at the Shaolin Temple over 1500 years ago. Derived from basic techniques for self defence, spiritual wellness and Ch’an philosophy this amazing Martial Art has grown to be one of the most complete martial arts systems in the world.

Here at Tang Long we focus on improving your overall health beginning with a vigorous warm up consisting of fitness, flexibility and stamina training. This is then followed by practice of traditional forms, basic stances, punches and kicks.
