Tai Chi Seniors

As we get older our balance and breathing can become a problem. But with regular practice Tai Chi can help to improve these issues. Our National Lottery Award winning programme has been designed specifically for the Senior Members of our community who are looking to feel better and tackle isolation. At the end of each class we sit together to drink tea and socialise, which is the perfect way to end the session.
